The location was perfect right on the waterfront and a two minute walk to the ferry ticket office and if you get a lake view room you are treated to some beautiful sunsets. Staff were helpful and frie...

The only concern and it is a minor one, is that the shower was slippery when wet.

The views are amazing. Nicolo in reception was fantastic and it is in the perfect location.
Areas for improvement:
The single room is not very good, I wouldn't advise anyone to stay in that. There were issues with the shower door that didn't get resolved.
